This mid sized, heavy duty video tripod comes complete with 2-way super smooth Velbon PH-358 head (smooth enough for video recording work). The C-500 also features a spirit level, spiked feet, radial braces, geared elevator and 3 section legs and is ideal for use with cameras and spotting scopes.

The PH-368 head has separate pan and tilt adjustment knobs and large quick release platform with "Auto Lock" system. Also features a 4-position handle that can be interchangeable from front to rear and from left handed to right-hand use.

This tripod fits all spotting scopes and digital cameras (SLR's and compacts).

The tripod is made from lightweight ABS and aluminium and is one of our lightest full height full function tripods weighing in at only 1700g! The tripod features a centre stay leg-brace system that adds to the rigidity of the tripod when it is fully extended.

The centre column height is controlled by a conveniently placed folding crank handle (pictured). The tripod will easily hold spotting scopes and cameras up to 3 kilos in weight.

Ideal tripod for medium to large sized spotting scopes, larger binoculars with a support bracket or digital SLR.
