The 6-element design offers 60 degree AFOV (apparent field of view) and incorporates a Barlow lens system for ultra-high powered observing but with the large 14mm eye-relief and centering comfort you would normally only associate with a much longer focal length (and less powerful) eyepiece. And full multi-coating on all glass surfaces achieves images of the highest contrast. The eyepiece comes supplied with a large, soft, comfortable rubber eye-shield and generous 20mm eye-relief that is controlled by rotating the body. The amazing 60 degree AFOV (apparent field of view) design will perform well with virtually all modern telescopes.
